Thanks for your compliment; how did you get to my blog? It is unlikely that I will ever sail our boat to your state. Do you sail? Our outboard is a 9.9 hp Japanese one that we picked up in St. Martin in December, 2010, to replace the 4 hp one we had before. That is when I learned what it is when a boat "planes".
